- Your logo or personal design is welcome and attracts a digitizing fee. What is digitizing? Any design can be embroidered, but first it needs to be converted into a format that is accepted and readable by the embroidery machine. That conversion process is called "embroidery digitizing." The digitized file tells the embroidery machine where, how and which colours to use while stitching.

Placing your order When ordering please provide:
- Brand name
- Catalogue number, e.g. PF01 or 4MBOW
- Size and Colour
- Special orders will attract a freight charge
**Tip: For shirts/blouses – lay flat one of your own garments and measure across from armpit to armpit – this is your half chest size and will enable us to order the correct size for you.
**For trousers/shorts –Lay flat a pair of your own and measure the waist from side seam to side seam. Please measure carefully and note that measurements in catalogues are approximate and for guidance only.
Payment Terms: For purchases of $100.or more a 50% deposit is required before order can be placed. The balance is payable upon completion of order. Payment via cash, cheque, electronic funds transfer (EFT) accepted.
Digitizing fees (when applicable) are totally non-refundable. What is digitizing? Faulty goods will be replaced if advised within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Any faulty goods must be returned within 7 days to receive replacement/full refund. No refunds given for incorrect size ordered. Please measure carefully.
