- Upon confirmation of your booking a deposit to the value of one night’s accommodation is required.
- A deposit can be made by direct deposit into our bank account.
- Refund of deposit (less cancellation fee) will be given for notice of cancellation up to 21 days prior to arrival date (Easter & Christmas reservations excepted where 30 days notice is required).
- Transfer of accommodation reservations will not incur any penalty when such transfer notice is received 21 days or more prior to arrival date (30 days for Easter & Christmas).
- A $20.00 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations.
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable and subject to our booking policy (Please remember to check the expiry date/conditions on your voucher).
- We recommend guests consider travel insurance protection, particularly for longer stays.
- We understand accidents can happen. Guests are asked to report any damage/breakage to their hosts. A charge may be incurred depending on extent of damage/breakage. Loss of or theft of goods from your accommodation is the responsibility of guests.
- Our accommodation has been styled for your comfort and enjoyment so it is with respect when we ask that it be left in a clean and tidy condition so that only normal cleaning is required, I.E. dishes done and put away.
- Your hosts will dispose of refuse on a daily basis, at your convenience.
